I got approved for a $500 credit line, received my first billing statement two weeks later, but no issued card?.? Called CS about it and was treated like an idiot.

That I must have accidentally tossed the card out by mistake. Yes, because that's what we do with a new credit card, by George... They had to reissue me a new card. When it finally arrived by mail, three ridiculous weeks later, I had since changed my cell number.

The gal wouldn't activate me, stating that phone number had to match what they had on file for applicant. So basically I was left holding a new card I couldn't use, and they closed out my new account, I'd hadn't used. And all because of a phone number change! The best part...

I was told I had to wait 6 months to 'reapply', if I still wanted a card. Stupid, idiotic.
