How do I pay my annual fee for my Cerulean card.
I was informed of an annual fee and I can not remember the amount. I really like my card and I therefore would like to stay in good standing with Continental Finance.

Does my surge card need a pin number and how do I set one up??I tried to use my newly activated surge card and it popped up the screen for a pin number. I never set up a pin number, so since I didn't have 1, my card was declined!! What do I do now, because I can't use my card??

How can I activate my card.
I called the number on card to activate and I typed in the last 4 digits and the month and day of my birthday and then it cut me off ? I tried 3 more times and then I thought maybe it was done. I tried to use it but it was declined I have been trying to call the customer service but it lkeeps saying a 17 min wait after I have already been waiting how can I get this avtivated
According to Continental Finance FAQs new cards and reissued credit cards can only be activated over the phone. Call from the phone number that you provided on your application to the toll-free activation number printed on the sticker affixed to your new card within 30 days after you receive your card in the mail.
