It was near impossible to make a payment online! Every time I would try to log in, I'd have to reset a password, which I wrote down, and yet the next time it didn't work.

I finally told them to cancel the account and send me the final bill. Then they told me they could not do that because I signed up for paperless billing and would have to go ONLINE to cancel that. Um, I can't get logged in! Crazy runaround.

I liked the card despite the fees because I was rebuilding my credit. I am still paying off the balance, but they call about 10x a day from a variety of numbers and never leave a message. It's frustrating. I still want a paper itemization, but so far, no help, so I'm paying them out slowly hoping to get a rep that can send me what I need.

I'm certainly willing to pay what I owe, but I have no record I can check of what exactly that is. Go with Merrick and Credit One if you want to rebuild. They are awesome, have an app where you can pay easily, and their customer service provides a consistent message every time you call.

Sorry, Continental Finance, but it would serve your company well to spend the money to fix the online website or provide an app for customers to easily manage their accounts. I cannot ever recommend this company.
